Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) Location: Durrington Salary: £90 – £95 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

As anSEN TA, you will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs. Your role will involve providing one-to-one and small group interventions, adapting resources to suit individual learners, and encouraging independence within a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and share pupil progress to ensure targeted support.
