You Will Need

• Experience with SEN pupils in a learning environment
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
• A caring resilient and proactive approach.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• A commitment to fulfilling a long term role.
