Job summary

Bladon House School, located near Burton on Trent, is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join its expanding team. Experience as a TA in a school and some SEN exposure are essential, with a passion for learning and resilience valued highly.

You will support a diverse group of students aged 5-19 with a range of needs in a bespoke curriculum and multidisciplinary environment. Part-time roles (2-3 days/week) are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a TA within a school setting is essential.
• Some SEN experience preferable.
• Knowledge of SEN desirable but a passion for learning and resilience can be a good alternative.
