• Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support learning for children with SEN in classroom and breakout settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individual education plans.
• Monitor progress and report back to teaching teams and parents as needed.
