Mill Water School is seeking energetic SEN Teaching Assistants to join class teams supporting pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties from EYFS to Post 16. Qualifications

• Experience in supporting children's learning and recording holistic achievements is desirable.
• Ability to work positively within a team of classroom assistants.
• This role requires the ability to fulfill all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND across all age ranges (EYFS to Post 16) with bespoke learning and communication packages.
• Contribute to an inspiring learning environment and maximise pupil learning within a collaborative class team.
• Participate in comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development.
• Support the safeguarding and welfare of pupils in line with trust policies.
