The ideal candidate will support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a variety of SEMH requirements in an innovative school setting. Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of experience in a care, education, or learning support environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing tailored support to learners in class and small groups.
• Assisting students with various SEN requirements focused on SEMH.
• Fostering love for learning and guiding students towards independence.
• Communicating with parents about pupil progress.
• Participating in meetings and training events.
