A leading education recruitment agency in Exeter is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs. You will provide personalized learning and foster a positive environment for emotional and academic growth. Ideal candidates will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and GCSEs in Maths and English. A full UK Driver’s License is preferred. Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Hours:8:30 am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £90–£100 per day (depending on experience) + expenses

Our partner school provides tailored education for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The curriculum combines core subjects such as English, Maths and Science with PSHE and community-based activities to promote confidence, independence, and holistic development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
