Qualifications
Ability to provide assistance to the teacher based on planning.
Must support the general wellbeing of learners within the school.
Experience in providing 1:1 and group activities for students.
Responsibilities
Provide teaching assistance to the teacher.
Work 1:1 with students and facilitate group activities.
Monitor and evaluate students’ learning under guidance.
Skills
Ability to work with learners with various learning difficulties
Willingness to learn and build relationships
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Flexibility in approach to education
Experience working in SEND settings (desirable)
