Qualifications

• Ability to support students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Flexibility in approach to teaching.
• Experience working in SEND settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching assistance to the teacher as per planning.
• Work individually with learners to develop their work.
• Support the wellbeing of learners within school structure.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ learning under guidance.
• Assist teachers in creating a purposeful learning environment.
