Job summary

The Supply Register is launching a brand-new partnership with Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (OLAAS CMAC) and is recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across Primary Schools within the Trust in Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire. Opportunities available from September 2026 with full-time, part-time and flexible working.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND is required.
• Patience, caring and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• DBS enhanced with Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence and engagement.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals where required.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and support pupil wellbeing at all times
