Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
• A relevant qualification in SEN support or education (NVQ, CACHE, Degree, or equivalent).
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEN in classroom activities and learning tasks.
• Assist teachers in implementing differentiated lesson plans and accommodations.
