Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Nursery and Reception in a friendly primary school in Brent, North West London, with an ASAP start.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting children with Autism, speech and language needs or other additional learning needs, and possess patient, nurturing communication skills to help pupils access learning and build confidence.

Qualifications

• Previous SEN experience within EYFS.
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Experience supporting children with Autism, speech and language difficulties or developmental delays.
• Genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering targeted interventions and sensory activities.
• Supporting pupils across Nursery and Reception.
• Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs and outside professionals.
• Helping pupils access learning, develop independence and build confidence.
