Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school in Reigate. You will support students with complex needs and autism in their daily education and help facilitate their learning.

This role involves assisting the entire class rather than 1:1 support, with a potential for permanency for the right candidate. Working hours are 8:30-4:15; salary £88-93 per day; contract until the end of the academic year.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN pupils, 3–6 months minimum.
• Understanding of autism and complex disabilities.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support students with complex needs in everyday education.
• Assist whole class rather than 1:1.
