Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist primary SEN school in North Liverpool, supporting pupils with Autism and PMLD. This role welcomes new or experienced educators who want to become a familiar, valued presence in a school prioritising wellbeing and community.

Qualifications

• Proven SEN experience, ideally in autism-specialist or complex needs settings.
• Strong classroom experience across early years, primary or secondary.
• Confidence managing behaviours with empathy and structure.
• A calm, resilient, and proactive approach to support.

• Supporting pupils with autism and complex needs in the classroom and beyond.
• Implementing tailored strategies to promote engagement, regulation, and learning.
