Job summary

Reed Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools across Sussex, including Worthing, Brighton, Chichester, Littlehampton, Haywards Heath, Crowborough and Uckfield.

You will support pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD and SEMH, providing 1:1 or small group assistance, helping with learning plans, and contributing to a calm, inclusive classroom environment. Training and ongoing guidance are provided by dedicated Reed consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Proactive, patient and supportive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Qualifications in SEN desirable but not essential for some roles.

Responsibilities

The Role
