Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Advantage Education invites compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 4–19 with a range of complex needs at a specialist SEN school.
You'll help children access learning through personalised strategies, support emotional regulation and positive behaviour, and assist with sensory activities. Training is provided where needed, with opportunities for career progression and a caring staff environment.
Do you believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the challenges they face?
We're looking for compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school supporting pupils aged 4-19 with a range of complex additional needs.
This isn't just another Teaching Assistant role.
Every day you'll help children achieve milestones that many people take for granted—whether that's communicating their first sentence, regulating their emotions, building friendships or developing independence.
The school provides outstanding facilities including sensory rooms, life skills areas, outdoor learning spaces and small class sizes, ensuring every child receives the support they deserve.
Some pupils may require personal care, moving and handling or medical support. Full training will be provided where required.
Experience within SEN, care, support work, youth work, nurseries or healthcare is welcomed but not essential.
No two days are ever the same—but every day is rewarding.
If you're looking for a career where you genuinely change lives, we'd love to hear from you
