Vision For Education are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to work with young people aged 11-19 who have Autism and/or complex needs. This position calls for an enthusiastic, flexible, and determined SEN Teaching Assistant who possesses excellent communication abilities and a warm, empathetic approach to supporting young people and the difficulties they encounter.

Requirements

The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience of working with secondary school aged children in schools.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progress of SEND secondary school pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
