Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above required.
  • Working towards Level 2 award in Support work in schools is desirable.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll create a vibrant, nurturing environment where students thrive and reach their full potential. From fostering independence to managing positive behaviours, you'll be at the heart of making every day exciting and rewarding for our students.

You'll work alongside passionate educators in small classes to deliver an innovative curriculum tailored to each student's unique needs, ensuring no potential goes untapped.

Experience & Qualifications:

* Working towards Level 2 award in Support work in schools or an equivalent is desirable
* Classroom experience is desirable
* GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification is essential.
* Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
* Knowledge or experience of pupils with SEN or SEMH/ASD
* Commitment to the role, the desire to put the child first and treat them as an individual
* Be positive and creative in meeting pupils' needs
