We are urgently seeking a resilient, fun, and creative SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly commended, "Ofsted Good" SEN school. If you have experience in care or education or personal experience with SEN and a desire to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, we want to hear from you.

About the SEN School & Your Environment

Because of this unique setting, our team is able to offer extensive outdoor learning opportunities, providing a safe, therapeutic environment for pupils to explore, grow, and develop. • Providing tailored support to learners on a 1:1, small group, and wider classroom basis.
  • Assisting students with various SEN requirements, focusing heavily on SEMH needs.
  • Fostering a love for learning while guiding students toward independence.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress.
  • Actively participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events.
