The roleAs a Secondary Teacher working through TES, you could be supporting schools with: General classroom cover across KS3 and KS
4. Delivering pre-planned lessons.
Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
Supporting pupil engagement and progress.
Working across different subjects where appropriate.
Providing effective classroom management.
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
