Are you a caring and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom? Academics are recruiting dedicated SEN support staff for temporary, ongoing roles within welcoming and inclusive SEN and mainstream schools across Sheffield.

Position : SEN Teaching Assistant

Location : Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Contract : Temporary, flexible ongoing

Pay : £88.94 - £100 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

Start Date : ASAP or from a start date that suits you

About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Sheffield, you will support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. Working 1 : 1 and in small groups, you'll help pupils engage with learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
