GSL Education are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Bordon. Key Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Provide personalised support to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism and social‑emotional challenges.

  • Implement tailored strategies to encourage positive behaviour and active participation in learning activities.

Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour management techniques.
  • Proven experience supporting children with special educational needs, including physical disabilities, language disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or special education.
