Salary: £100-£115 per day
Start Date: Immediate or January 2026

About the Role

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Harrow seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long‑term basis, with the opportunity to go permanent after 20 weeks.

There are three available positions, and the successful candidate can choose the role that best matches their skills and interests:

  • Support a Year 1 pupil with Autism, helping them with classroom routines, communication, and confidence within a calm, structured environment.
  • Support a Reception pupil with Autism, focusing on early development, sensory regulation, and play‑based learning.
  • Support a Year 1 pupil with physical disabilities, providing practical assistance to help them access learning, move safely around school, and build independence.
