Job description

At Class People, we're working with a number of caring and inclusive schools across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas to recruit dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping children reach their potential.

In this role, you'll support pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and social or emotional challenges. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you'll help create a safe, nurturing classroom where every child can succeed.

We're looking for someone patient, understanding and adaptable who celebrates the small victories and believes in every child's ability to grow. Whether you already have classroom experience or are looking to transfer your skills from care, youth work or support roles, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience supporting children or young people (school or care setting).
  • A calm, caring and professional approach.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred.
