Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through calm, consistent support.
Helping create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every student can succeed.
Is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
Is patient, compassionate and able to build strong relationships.
Remains calm, resilient and adaptable in different situations.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Is keen to learn, develop and build a meaningful career.
Has experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals, or transferable skills from a people-focused role.
Previous SEND experience or qualifications are welcome but not essential. We're far more interested in finding people with the right attitude, values and commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
At OFG Education, we believe every student deserves an education designed around who they are. Through high expectations, deep expertise and truly personalised education, we help students realise their potential and prepare for successful futures.
Building on more than 20 years of experience, we are bringing our approach to more students and communities around the world. Whatever your role, joining OFG Education means contributing to our shared ambition: empowering every student to success through truly personalised education.
