Overview

GSL Education are seeking adaptable Teaching Assistants to become part of our schools in Totton. Immediate availability is preferred, and a commitment is desired. As a Teaching Assistant in our Totton schools, you will play a pivotal role in assisting both teachers and students, contributing to a positive and effective learning environment.

Teaching Assistant Role

Responsibilities include supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons, offering individualised assistance to students, cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources, contributing to the holistic development of students by nurturing their social and emotional well-being, and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a lively educational setting.
