Uniform Education is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-resourced ASD provision within a mainstream primary school in Burnt Oak (HA8). Edgware/Burnt Oak area.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm during school terms, with trial days ASAP and a supportive SLT, strong CPD opportunities, and a collaborative team.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary with an ASD Provision

Edgware/Burnt Oak, HA8

September 2026 start

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm | School term time only

£108.75 - £115 per day

We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-resourced ASD provision within a welcoming mainstream primary school in Burnt Oak (HA8).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive school where staff wellbeing and pupil morale are a genuine priority. The school has a highly supportive SLT and a collaborative team environment.

The provision supports up to 8 children per class and is led by an exceptional teacher alongside 3 experienced support staff.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous SEN experience, either professionally or personally

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children with ASD
• Work well as part of a team
