Job summary

Complete Classroom Services is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in West Ealing. The role supports pupils aged 4-11 with complex moderate to severe learning difficulties, including ASD and communication needs.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with learning and daily routines, and use Makaton/PECS to aid communication. This full-time, long-term temp-to-perm position starts ASAP in a supportive SEND environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND is preferred.
• Confidence supporting pupils with communication needs.
• Patient, caring and proactive approach.

Complete Classroom Services are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in West Ealing, supporting pupils aged 4-11 with complex moderate to severe learning difficulties, including ASD and communication needs.

About the Role

• Supporting pupils with ASD and complex communication needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
• Using Makaton and PECS to support communication
• Creating a structured, nurturing and inclusive environment
• Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team

We're Looking For

• Experience supporting children with SEND is preferred
• Confidence supporting pupils with communication needs
• Patient, caring and proactive approach
• DBS on the Update Service
• Available full-time and able to start ASAP
