SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Role Starting January 2026 in Westminster

A high-achieving and inclusive secondary school in Westminster is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026 through to July 2026.

About the Role:
  • Supporting students with SEND in and out of the classroom
  • Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
  • Assisting teachers with behaviour, engagement, and differentiation
  • Helping build students' confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Supporting literacy, numeracy, and general academic progress
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Understanding of SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or SEMH
