Location: Bexley, South London
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (based on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you’ll be a vital part of a supportive team dedicated to nurturing pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASC), Speech and Language Difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ✨ Offering 1:1 and small group support, adapting activities to suit individual learning styles.
  • ✨ Promoting confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom.
  • ✨ Supporting teachers in preparing and delivering inclusive lessons.
  • ✨ Managing behaviour with patience and empathy, creating a safe space for learning.
  • ✨ Collaborating with the SENCO and wider school team to ensure holistic support.
What You’ll Bring

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable.
