Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive Special Education Needs School located in Cardiff, Wales.

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your role will be vital in helping students access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with a variety of SEN including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
  • Assisting with classroom activities and learning plans
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Working one-to-one or in small groups
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents
