SEN Teacher All-Through School (Ages 3 19)

Location: Uxbridge, London
Pay: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist all-through SEN school in Hounslow that supports pupils aged 3 to 19 with Autism (ASD), Speech & Language Needs, SLD/MLD and complex learning profiles. The school is well‑resourced, welcoming and highly supportive, offering a collaborative working environment and continuous professional development.

This role is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SEN Teachers and qualified teachers (QTS/QTLS) looking to transition into SEN teaching with full training and support.

  • Either SEN teaching experience OR QTS with a strong interest in SEN and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Manage classroom routines and behaviour in a calm, consistent way
  • Support personal, social and emotional development alongside academic progression
  • Work closely with Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and support staff
  • Contribute to pupil assessments, progress reviews and EHCP outcomes
