  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • A positive, patient, and resilient approach to working with children who may present with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • A full, clean driving licence and the ability to drive are essential for this role, as there may be requirements for educational visits and off‑site activities.
The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will:

  • Lead a class and work closely with dedicated support staff, including Teaching Assistants and a multi-disciplinary therapy team.
  • Develop and implement personalised educational and support plans (e.g., EHCPs).
  • Monitor, record, and analyse student data to track progress and inform future planning.
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and effective learning environment where every young person can achieve their potential.
  • Participate in practical and theoretical training, including positive behaviour support techniques.
