Permanent, Full Time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our school in Outer London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and adapt high-quality lessons for students with SEND, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum and make progress
  • Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and parents to provide tailored interventions and support for students with ASD
  • Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records in line with school policies
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired
  • Collaborate with the SENCO to develop and implement personalised learning plans

The successful candidate will be a qualified SEN Teacher with QTS and proven experience of teaching or supporting students with ASD in a school setting. You will have excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
