SEN Teacher - Chelmsford, Essex

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a specialist SEN school located in Chelmsford, Essex.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored education to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and Social Emotional & Mental Health. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
