Job summary

Education 365 is seeking a dedicated KS4 SEN Teacher for a specialist SEN school in the Sutton area. The role is full-time and involves planning and delivering differentiated lessons for KS4 pupils with complex learning needs.

You will work closely with teaching assistants and the SEN team to support academic progress, positive behaviour, and independence. QTS is desirable but not essential, and prior SEN experience at KS4 is highly valued.

As a KS4 SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs and abilities. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to support academic progress, engagement, positive behaviour and independence.

Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN is highly desirable, particularly at secondary or KS4 level. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential. You should be adaptable, resilient and passionate about improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.
