Pay: £150‑£200 per day

Are you an experienced and qualified teacher looking for a rewarding role in a specialist SEN setting?

Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a qualified SEN Teacher to work with secondary pupils (KS3 / KS4) in Derby. This role involves teaching small groups of students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, MLD, and SLD. You will deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs, helping pupils achieve their full potential in a supportive environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent experience teaching in UK secondary or SEN schools
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviour
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A professional, flexible, and committed approach
