Who are you?

• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and either proven experience in the primary age range or are completing your teacher training.

• You have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and are skilled at delivering differentiated, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and effectively meet diverse needs.

• You demonstrate an excellent ability to adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, ADHD, and Speech and Language Difficulties.

• You are highly skilled in using continuous assessment and data to monitor progress and inform planning, particularly for pupils with complex learning profiles.

• You are a collaborative professional who can build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and external specialists.

What will you be doing?

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall academic success and well-being of your class. Your days will focus on delivering exceptional, personalised teaching and contributing to whole-school excellence.

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and significantly differentiated teaching across the primary curriculum.

• Plan, prepare, and assess work effectively, ensuring accurate pupil tracking that reflects individual progress, including pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

• Implement effective strategies for positive behaviour management, particularly supporting children with SEMH difficulties.

• Collaborate proactively with SEN staff, specialists, and parents on curriculum adaptations, pastoral care, and pupil progress initiatives.

• Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting our inclusive and nurturing ethos.
