A local educational institution in Coventry is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to support children with severe learning difficulties and communication needs. The role involves creative teaching, working with a supportive multidisciplinary team, and contributing to a strong safeguarding culture. Suitable candidates should have QTS and experience in SEN education is desirable. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits including a company pension and flexitime.
Salary: to be agreed with candidate depending on experience and qualifications.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 39 weeks; 40 weeks per year (includes INSET training weeks and one week outside of term time as agreed with the Head Teacher)

We are seeking an experienced Teacher to join our fantastic teams. You will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN environment would be desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.
Suitably qualified, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.
Set in the annex of a large house in a suburb of Coventry, Park View School has large grounds and excellent resources. The school caters for boys and girls from 7 – 18yrs, with severe learning difficulties and speech, language and communication needs. Pupils are likely to have a diagnosis of autism, all will have an EHCP.
