Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs? Do you have the skills and empathy to support pupils with a wide range of learning profiles? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking school in London.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced teacher who can plan and deliver high‑quality, individualised learning for pupils with diverse needs. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to provide a nurturing, inclusive and inspiring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a variety of SEN profiles
  • Support pupils with autism, including understanding sensory needs, communication differences and social development
  • Work with children with a range of additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH needs, and learning disabilities
  • Create and implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targets
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external agencies
  • Maintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environment
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Strong knowledge of autism and SEN needs
  • Experience working within a specialist or inclusive education setting
  • Excellent communication and behaviour‑support skills
