Job Title: Secondary SEN Teacher

About the Role

Rikama Education is excited to support a special needs school in Lambeth that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team in January 2026. This school caters to secondary‑aged students with a variety of complex learning needs, including students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD).

We would love to hear from you if you are a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher with specific experience of leading on communications and phonics, with the skills to plan and deliver high quality lessons to suit pupils' individual learning needs and to provide professional leadership and direction within your own curriculum area.

To be successful in this role, you will be an effective and reflective classroom teacher able to demonstrate and share good practice in the field of teaching young people with SEN including PMLD, SLD and ASD.

This role would be perfect for an experienced SEN Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a solid understanding of PMLD and a passion for making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
