Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Teesside is seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools.

SEND Teaching Assistant Required - Teesside

We are seeking caring, patient, and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools throughout Teesside.

This rewarding role involves supporting pupils within SEND Hubs and providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. Location: Teesside & Surrounding Areas. Start Date: Ongoing Opportunities Available. £100-£110 per day.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Be confident working within SEND Hubs and providing 1:1 support where required
• Have a calm, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting pupils
• Be adaptable and able to work across different primary school settings
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
• A Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential
• Be committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
