Job summary

St Bart’s Multi Academy Trust is recruiting a Level 3 Special Educational Needs support worker for Weston Junior Academy’s SEND Inclusion Base. The role focuses on assisting pupils with Communication and Interaction needs and developing inclusive learning opportunities alongside a dedicated team.

You will work closely with teachers, support services and families to promote wellbeing and progress for 16 SEND pupils, with safeguarding at the core of daily duties within a supportive school

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Support learning by implementing planned activities under the teacher's direction.
• Assist with personal care and wellbeing needs as required.
