Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside teachers to support pupils in and out of the classroom. You will assist with academic, social, and emotional development, and help create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

The role involves one-to-one and small-group work with pupils, promoting positive behaviour and confidence, with full training and ongoing professional development provided.

Hours: Full-Time, Term Time Only, 8:40AM - 3:15PM

Salary: £102.56 to £102.56 a day

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help pupils both in and out of the classroom. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
