Position: SEN Support Worker

Location: Special Needs School near Blandford, Dorset

Salary: £21,(Apply online only) - £28,(Apply online only) per year

Daily Rate: From £99.28 per day (based on a 9‑hour shift, increasing with experience)

Hours: 08:15 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (part‑time options available)

Contract: Long‑term, January 2026 - July 2026

About the Role

A specialist SEND school close to Blandford is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join their team from January through to July 2026. You’ll play a vital role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a nurturing environment. With strong leadership, excellent facilities, and a collaborative staff team, this is an ideal role for someone passionate about supporting young people with SEND.

Responsibilities

  • Two relevant references from education or care settings
