Job Type: Day to day, short-term and long-term supply

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? We are currently seeking SEN Supply Teachers to work in Southampton across a range of SEN schools, providing essential support on day to day, short-term and long-term basis.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching students with a variety of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
  • Providing engaging and adaptable lessons to meet individual learning styles.
  • Supporting students' academic and personal development in a nurturing environment.
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and SEN professionals.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and implementing appropriate strategies.
What Were Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience in SEN settings.
  • Primary and Secondary qualified teachers looking to work in SEN schools.
