Location: Andover area | Start Date: ASAP | Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week) | Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

We’re seeking a dynamic, committed, and innovative educator to join a specialist day school for students aged 11–19. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in a supportive environment where creativity, adaptability, and compassion are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging ICT and Computer Science lessons across KS3–KS4, up to GCSE level
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Foster creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy
  • Provide constructive feedback and support student progress
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including teaching assistants and therapists
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching ICT/Computer Science at KS3 and KS4
  • Strong classroom management and a flexible, student-centred approach
  • A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
  • Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
