Job summary

Reeson Education is partnering with a very supportive SEN school in Bromley to recruit a dedicated SEN Teacher for a secondary setting focusing on ASD and complex needs. The role involves planning tailored lessons and delivering a structured, inclusive classroom environment in Key Stage 3/4.

You will collaborate with therapists and support staff, monitor progress, and communicate with parents. This role offers small class sizes and additional teaching assistance, with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ASD and complex needs is essential.
• Secondary teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised lessons using a differentiated secondary curriculum.
• Support students with ASD and complex needs across Key Stage 3/4.
• Work closely with therapists and other professionals to support students.
• Create a structured and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
