This is a rewarding opportunity for a SEN Outreach Tutor to work with students across Newham, providing tailored one-to-one support outside of traditional classroom settings.
As a SEN Outreach Tutor, you’ll work with children and young people who have a range of special educational needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your aim will be to help each learner build confidence, independence, and academic progress through engaging and personalised sessions.
Safeguarding Notice: Please note that this role requires a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must complete all relevant pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
