Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our specialist educational team, supporting students aged 7–19 to build independence and reach their full potential.

You will deliver OT across the curriculum with a focus on sensory integration and work with a multidisciplinary team to drive student outcomes.

The role is full-time (36 hours) Monday to Friday, term time only, with a competitive NHS-aligned salary and opportunities for targeted CPD.

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC registration and RCOT membership.
• Post-graduate sensory integration qualifications (Levels 1 & 2) preferred.
• Experience supporting children with ASD and SLCN.

Salary: Actual £28,769.10 - £50,219.20 (Benchmarked to NHS Band 5 scale point 19 - NHS band 7 scale point 36), depending on experience.

• Proven experience supporting physical, perceptual, and sensory challenges in ASD/SLCN.
